What is a Serve Team?
At Northview, SERVANT LEADERSHIP is our passion. We can’t save anybody, but we can serve everybody. As we serve people, God changes people. Our Serve Teams are made up of hundreds of people who are using their unique gifts, passions, and talents to serve God in a variety of areas.
The ministry and outreach at Northview wouldn’t be possible without the generous time and efforts given by those who serve on teams. From greeting people to serving with kids to making tasty coffee, there is a place for you to use your God-given gifts! Serving on a team means you are being the Church, and building the Church.

Welcome Team
Welcome Teams are on the front lines of the first impression. We honor each and every person with a personal connection and make them feel at home. Welcome Teams are a great place to start serving.“You never get a second chance to make a first impression.”Ways you can serve:Greeter, Usher, Next Steps, Parking Team
Kids Team
We believe there is no junior Holy Spirit. The same Spirit who lives in us lives in them. We are raising up the next generation of disciples, leaders, and difference makers.
Ways you can serve:
Kids Crew, Elementary, Early Childhood, The Bridge, Safety, & Check Ins
Youth
Our Youth Team is fully devoted every Wednesday to discipling youth (6th-12th grade) to encounter new life in Christ. Through engaging worship, impactful teaching, and grade/gender-specific life groups, we help students grow in their faith to become bold, passionate followers of Jesus. And, of course, we have a lot of fun together along the way!

If you like to take photos, have an eye for interior design, play an instrument, sing, take care of details behind scenes - this is the team for you!
Northbrew Coffee
NorthBrew Coffee creates a welcoming space for people to connect over great coffee. We value excellent service, genuine relationships, and consistent hospitality.
Prayer
Faithfully pray for individuals and the church by praying with people during services and throughout the week as needs arise. This role requires a heart for people, spiritual sensitivity, and the ability to listen, encourage, and pray in alignment with biblical truth.
Care Team
The Cares Team helps people feel known and supported during life’s key moments. Servant leaders provide prayer, follow-up, and practical care. This is for those who are compassionate and want to reflect the love of Jesus.
